2007 SSSC Convention Policies

Registration Confirmation: Those attendees registering online will receive an email  confirmation once their registration is processed and will have an opportunity to print a copy of their itinerary once online registration closes in September.  Attendees who have pre-registered will pick up their registration packets at the Pre-Registration desk beginning at 11:30 AM on Thursday.  Registration materials will not be mailed to you prior to the convention.

Children and Children in Strollers: Children under 10 years of age will be admitted to the showroom floor free of charge with a paying adult. Strollers larger than 36 inches at their widest point and rolling totes or any type of rolling bag are NOT allowed due to the flow of people and some surfaces which make them difficult to maneuver. Simply Southern Productions, Inc. is restricting the showroom floor to strollers carrying children to 36 inches and less at their widest point. Strollers carrying packages and not children are considered rolling totes.  No exceptions.  There will be a booth available for you to check a large stroller, tote, or any cropping materials you may have with you. If you are accompanied by children, you must keep them closely supervised. Keep in mind that most scrapbook supplies are not child-safe and could cause harm to your child as well as be easily damaged. Please keep in mind that make and takes are not provided for children 10 and under.  No children under age 10 are admitted to classes or crops parties. Children 10 or older may purchase tickets to these events.  Infants under 6 months of age who are not mobile, either walking or crawling, may be admitted in the classrooms with their mothers in a very small umbrella stroller or small carriers.  Please be respectful of other attendees and teachers and remove a fussy or crying baby from the classroom immediately.  If you anticipate bringing a non-mobile infant with you to a class, please send an email letting us know prior to September 12th, 2007 and include your name and order number so that we may reserve a seat for you.  No children under 10, including infants, are admitted to the crops.  

Privacy of Attendees: Simply Southern Productions, Inc. respects your right to privacy. We do not disclose any personal information regarding our customers to any third parties unrelated to the corporation. Any personal information that you may provide will be held with utmost care and security and will not be used without your expressed or written consent. Information collected on our website is used only by Simply Southern Productions, Inc.

Use of Information: Information collected by Simply Southern Productions, Inc. is used for the following purposes: to evaluate customer interest in certain products, services or instruction and to improve the quality of our website in regards to features and usability that enable customers to make smooth transactions. A notification will appear on the website should information be collected for any purpose other than those stated above.

Upon occasion, Simply Southern Productions, Inc may disclose, summary type, non-personal information, about our customers for statistical purposes to third party entities. An example would be disclosure of the number of registrants on our website mailing list, or number of attendees at a convention.

Security: To be sure that your registration information is safe and secure, credit card information and personal information, we use the most up to date encryption technologies and very stringent limits on the number of people with access to customer information. This is to guard against the unauthorized access of your data.  No credit card information is retained once the transaction has been processed.

If you are purchasing tickets to the convention all sales are final and no refunds are given due to actual or perceived value.
