The Simply Southern Scrapbook Convention is owned and operated by Simply Southern Productions, Inc.  The primary focus of the convention is to create an opportunity for scrapbookers and paper art enthusiasts to come together in a personalized environment, with hand selected instructors and class offerings for a memorable event experience. 

For 2007, we are very excited to bring the event to Huntsville, Alabama.

Simply Southern Productions, Inc. was formed in 2001 by Corinne Arnold, Kate Childers and Debra Beagle.  SSPI produced the 2002 and 2003 Simply Southern Scrapbook Convention (SSSC) in Nashville, Tennessee.  In May of 2004, Corinne purchased the SSPI shares held by both Kate and Debra at auction.  A scrapbook convention was held in the same venue in 2004 under the name Simply Scrapbook and Stamp Convention (SSSC) by D & K Productions.  Please do not confuse the original Simply Southern Scrapbook Convention with the event that was held in 2004 under a very similar name.  The 2005 (Nashville) and 2006 (Franklin) Simply Southern Scrapbook Convention were produced under the new ownership structure.

Corinne enjoys scrapbooking, oil painting, photography, quilting, and outings with her extended family, which generally involves bargain and antique shopping and staying up late talking.  She and her husband, Jay, enjoy spending time on the lake.  He is an avid fisherman and can't pass by a Bass Pro Shop without stopping to check out the fishing tackle.  They have three children, Wesley Ryan, Joanna Lauren, and Christopher Graham and reside in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
